WILLERSINN Group expands Rewindo acceptance system by five locations

With the G.A.S. Gesellschaft für Abfallbeseitigung und Städtereinigung mbH & Co. KG, Mannheim, the SÜD-MÜLL GmbH & CO. KG at the headquarters in Heßheim, Zweibrücken and Landau as well as the SÜD-MÜLL Saar-Pfalz Entsorgung GmbH in St. Ingbert expands the WILLERSINN Group The Rewindo network of collection points has been expanded by five new locations with immediate effect.

"We are enormously pleased that we were able to win over such a renowned group of companies for our idea of acceptance points for smaller quantities of PVC old windows, roller shutters and doors. For fitters or small tradesmen who cannot store removed windows, we are now very well positioned from the Rhine-Neckar region via the Palatinate to the Saar," says Rewindo Managing Director Michael Vetter about the new partnership.

Active environmental protection as WILLERSINN's brand essence

For WILLERSINN, too, the cooperation is perfectly tailored to its own sustainability portfolio. After all, the group is committed to making a daily contribution to environmental protection through clean and environmentally friendly waste recycling, among other things. The 14 service companies of the nationally and internationally operating group are all active in environmentally relevant fields. In addition to disposal services, the fields of activity range from road construction materials, logistics and environmental services to pipe rehabilitation and sewer cleaning to renewable energies, industrial plant construction and automation. In the field of plastic window recycling, the company has been cooperating with the Rewindo recycling partner VEKA UT for some time. For Christian Landvogt, authorised signatory of the WILLERSINN Group, the participation in the collection point network is definitely more than just a minor addition: "Even in the future, old plastic windows will certainly not make up the largest share of the total volume flow of our disposal companies. But accepting smaller quantities at the yards now exemplifies our commitment to sustainability on the one hand and our service philosophy in the entire group on the other. Whether it's the large or the supposedly small customers, we want to offer practical and environmentally sound solutions."

Network of collection points to become even tighter

With the addition of the WILLERSINN Group, around 60 collection points currently complement the proven nationwide collection system of the Rewindo recycling partners. The goal is still to win over more companies in order to successively establish local locations nationwide with a focus on very small quantities.
