However, the removed PVC windows are not simply disposed of afterwards, but collected, recycled at VEKA Umwelttechnik in Thuringia and later reused as a secondary raw material for the extrusion of new PVC window profiles.<\/p>\n<p>The current project in Chemnitz is another project that has qualified for the \"Best Practice for the Environment\" campaign. As part of this campaign, sustainable construction projects in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia will be documented until the end of the year in which PVC construction products are recycled at the end of their useful life.
