For about a year now, RE:CORE Member of the nationwide network of Rewindo recycling partners. The company, which was founded jointly by Schüco and Remondis in 2022, specialises in the recycling of PVC-U profile sections from window construction and the recycling of old PVC windows and has since expanded its network to include seven additional collection points. This means that there are now 107 locations throughout Germany where smaller quantities are also accepted.
RE:CORE currently operates 25 collection points, covering around a quarter of all collection points for old PVC windows and products. Smaller quantities in particular can be easily delivered to these regional points, which is a practical solution for installation teams, tradesmen and local waste disposal companies in particular.
Despite challenging market conditions, the volumes recycled increased slightly in 2024. RE:CORE's cooperation with Rewindo pools expertise and ensures the efficient collection and recycling of old PVC windows.
